I tried the new ramen spot inside Tokyo Central’s Ramen Ginza Onodera. I enjoyed the Onodera Red Ramen, which is made with the Agodashi (flying fish) broth which is full of flavor and umami. Loved it but it is on the saltier side.  

The staff was nice since she brought my dish to my table since I was in my knee brace!
