I got the tonkatsu ramen, which came with two pieces of meat and half an egg. The broth wasnt very flavorful, but it wasn’t too bad. Just bland for tonkatsu. The pork wasnt super tender. Overall, just an alright ramen, not super great.

The service was excellent. I was seated right away. This is one of my favorite ramen spots in DFW. I get the Hakata ramen, dumplings, and octopus balls. They also have a lot of Japanese drinks. I love the strawberry soda as a nice change.
