💎HIDDEN GEM💎 Ramen Hashi is one of my favourite ramen shops in Las Vegas as their broth is tasty, without being too rich or “heavy”, they don’t use MSG, the quality has been consistently excellent ever since they opened years ago, they have some of the cheapest #ramen in town & their service is quick, efficient & friendly. Although they serve only chicken-based broth, they absolutely nail the flavour,including their torched Chashu, which has a lovely,smoky aroma.A must-try spot! #Japanese #soup

💎HIDDEN GEM💎 A small menu consisting of “clean-tasting” ramen, made only with chicken-based broth, and containing no MSG. I usually don’t order Shio Ramen at other ramen shops, as I find them too salty, but their Shio broth is superb. I intended to dine in, but I had to take my order to go as their hours on Google are incorrect - call ahead of time to check their hours. I couldn’t be bothered to transfer the ingredients to a bowl at home, but managed just fine! #ramen #noodles #soup #japanese

💎HIDDEN GEM💎 My fave ramen place in town! The menu is small & consists of all chicken-based broth, which is rare for a #ramen spot, but they pull it off. They’re known for their Shio broth, but I love the Tori Paitan, the chicken version of Tonkotsu-it’s the ‘cleanest’ tasting broth I’ve ever had; they don’t use MSG yet the broth is so delectable! The torched chashu renders a beautiful, smoky flavor. Adding vinegar & pepper near the end, gives a refreshing twist. I HIGHLY recommend this spot!
