I ordered the elk ramen and my girlfriend ordered the tonkotsu. They’re both a very thin broth, which can be a preference for others but I like rich and creamy ramen. The elk ramen was really expensive and didn’t even come with an egg. It was very disappointing and wasn’t to my expectations. I’ve never had elk prior to this but the very rare meat also wasn’t something I was into. Overall the elk ramen tasted very boring and bland. The tonkotsu was a bit better but I think I will stick to jinya.

This spot already had the best ramen in Utah and now they have a cute speak easy bar upstairs
