My first time seeing ramen noodles being made freshly like this! ✨ They literally made the noodles from scratch flour. You can also see it through the open kitchen. 🤩♨️ The noodle texture is really bouncy and it’s seriously different from ramen cooking from dried noodles. Very delicious and super affordable!
