Ramen Misoya Mount Prospect location opened its doors July 2013.  Since then, we've become one of the major sought-out ramen restaurants in the Chicago area.  Our goal as a company is to spread information about the health benefits for Miso using ramen as a gateway. There are currently approximately 120 other locations around the world.
