What I love about this place is they have three different varieties of broth. While they all contain pork if you eat meat. However, they have an excellent vegan/vegetarian broth which is rich and creamy. Noodles are great, broth is awesome. I feel they fall little short on added veggie, but overall a great vegan/vegetarian option for plant based folks. I also got extra noodles and it came out nice and hot!
