Ramen-San in Lincoln Park is a cute spot with daily lunch specials. For $16.95 you can get a half portion of rice bowl, half portion of ramen plus cucumber and noodle salad. Sounds like a great deal but quite frankly I was expecting more. The service was good but the ramen was meh which was not helped by the fact that it was served slightly above room temperature. The rice bowl was also not hot and didn't have much flavor.

Love ramen san, a classic for me and an easy go to. There’s definitely some better ramen options in Chicago but this is a great one! Got a lot of apps this time and they were fantastic. Love the chill and casual vibe.
