Rooftop views from the top of Noelle. Although you can't tell from this video, You'll get one of the best views of the "Batman building"! Trust me.
They have a fireplace and plenty of cozy couches & lounge areas to relax. The bar is pretty big with monitors around. Nice vibe.
Warning: The truffle parm fries are massive! Way bigger than I bargained for. The sliders are fried chicken. We could have shared the fries that came with the chicken sandwiches. Not many of the cocktails jumped out at me.
