Yet another hot chicken spot in town. Red’s is ok. The food was good but the fish batter did not stay on the fish at all!

In all my many visits to Centennial Park and driving through that area, I never noticed this spot! Red’s is a small shack serving hot chicken. I went for a Yelp offer and got a sampler and ordered mine mild but the chicken was so tender, flavorful and crispy but juicy. The coleslaw was good. The mustard potato salad was just ok, but I’d love to return and try their crunch wrap sometime. The dining area is outside under the small covering or next door on the other restaurant patio. Delicious.
