A small but bustling hidden cafe corner along the shopping street of San Fernando in Burbank!  While the place is small and aesthetic, the place lace is a great social hangout for Sunday brunch or a quick coffee or matcha.  They also got a great food menu to choose from (not pictured here, but their lox avocado toast was pretty good!), and I loved their drip coffee!

Drinks are great! I love the lychee oolong bc it isn’t too sweet! Good service too. Half off pastries if you go close to closing time!
