This is a good spot if you’re super desperate for some Mexican food and have nowhere else to go. Very expensive at $9 per taco. They do have a vegetarian option of a mushroom taco but still doesn’t seem worth it.

Had the queso dip and street corn as a snack and it was pretty good. Not too salty and service was quick.

Roadside Taco is part of the Promenade (food court) in the new Fontainebleau hotel. There are a few spots to choose from but these nachos were calling my name. Pretty expensive but convenient and tasty.
