"First off, the bread at Rolo’s is *crack*—airy, puffy, soft, and warm. I can’t even describe it! The burger? Only served medium rare or cooked. I went for medium rare, and it was perfectly juicy, not bloody at all thanks to the thin patties. Cooked would’ve been too crispy for sure. The pasta was creamy with a hint of sweetness, and the daiquiri? Strong and sweet—just how I like it. But the standout? The spiked carrot drink! It’s a grown-up twist on carrot juice with chili-infused mezcal
