the lomo saltado here was seriously on point ! the beef was so tender. the sauce was amazing. i rarely ever prefer rice over fries but the rice soaked up the sauce beautifully and it was so delicious 😋

First time trying Peruvian food. It was so good! I got a Causa de Camarones.  They give you bread as well as 3 kinds of sauces. Spicy but so good!
