Zachary was born and raised in Roswell and graduated high school in 2004 with the intentions of eventually owning his own restaurant. After graduation and a few years helping manage his family's restaurants, he moved to Maui, Hawaii to channel his inner passion for travel. Less than a year later, Zachary spent a month in South Africa and Mozambique that furthered his understanding of different cultures, cuisine, and of course, beer. Upon his return, he was able to use his depth of experience to help create the vision for Roux. Zachary
