Chicagoans, you know what I am “tacoing ” about when I say a taco is a must when in Pilsen.  Don’t worry if you have no “tortilla” on where to go as I will say @rubis_18st should be on your list. It was just a light comida para mi. Chicharrón en salsa verde (I’m on a pork rind kick) and I really “squashed” the flor de calabaza (squash blossoms). Then my agua Fresca was just sub”lime”.
