They have a variety of Pancakes, Waffles, Brioche French Toast, Omelettes, Benedicts, Avocado Toast and their Ruby Specials like Brisket and Eggs! Some of my favorites were the Tender Smoked Chili Omelette, Smoked Brisket Benedict, Egg and Bacon Avocado Toast, Brisket and Eggs, Pina Colada Pancakes! My son loved the S’mores Waffles! But, seriously…EVERYTHING was so incredibly ah-mazinggg!! ### foodworthsharing — 5.0/5 · Mar 17, 2024 Dive into flavor town with Ruby Red’s Brisket Fries! These fries are not just loaded, they're fully packed with caramelized, tender, and juicy brisket - a premium smoked BBQ experience! 🍖💥 Gather your squad and get ready for a crispy, crunchy, cheesy, and brisketlicious adventure! 🧀🎉 Perfect for sharing, but you might not want to! 😉 If you're a BBQ lover, this spot is a MUST! ### airiseats — 4.8/5 · Feb 29, 2024 I got the brisket and beef rib as my two meats and the rib was HUGE. I had to split it with some friends and they also shared some of their pork ribs with me so I’d say it was a win-win. Both the creamed corn and coleslaw were my top two sides so don’t skip out on those. ### milkita.jpg — 4.8/5 · Dec 30, 2022 Always a good time at Ruby Red’s BBQ! So much delicious craft meats and tasty sides! Plus, their homemade cookies are so good, I always need to take one to go! ### dangit.all — 5.0/5 · Jan 22, 2023 All American BBQ that is perfect to eat on your own or with the family! Great variety & has indoor/outdoorseating. #kidfriendly #bbq #ribs ### jwardfoodie — 5.0/5 · Feb 21, 2024 Im back for another Ruby Reds review. These pancakes are the best ive tasted. Super soft and jusut right. They make smores pancakes, now what place do you know does that. Amazing. The pineapple pancakes are so different that you never thought you needed them in you life until after you ate them. So yummy. ### jwardfoodie — 5.0/5 · Dec 14, 2023 We went to the soft opening of this place, and it was only open to foodies to taste the food that they were going to cook for the public. Everything on the menu is so great and you can feel the love in the food. It is for sure Home cooking. All the barbecue sauces are so great. My favorite was blueberry cobbler with ice cream. They also have barbecue sliders, all the meat is cooked fresh, and you will not regret coming to this place. We are ambassadors for that restaurant. ### foodworthsharing — 5.0/5 · Mar 31, 2024 You’ll find one of the best Texas-style smoked bbq in the OC! So incredibly tender, juicy and flavorful! But, seriously…everything was so incredibly ah-mazinggg!! My favorite part of this experience was being able to enjoy with my fellow foodie friends!! So much fun & laughter! Bonding over food!! 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚 tried: THE PLATTER (feeds 2-4)1/2 lb Black Angus Brisket, 1 smoked Chicken Breast,1/2 lb Pulled Pork,1/2 lb St. Louis Pork Ribs,Hot Sausage Link, Southern Creamed Corn, Mac-N-Cheese ### ginger_soup — 1.5/5 · Nov 18, 2024 After seeing this place on IG we were so excited to try it. The restaurant gets 10/10 for their decor and theme. The malted waffle was really good and had a nice chew. The bbq platter left us disappointed sadly. Our favorite meat was the sausage. The chicken breast was dry, the brisket was juicy but lacked flavor, the pulled pork was dry and needed sauce to save it, and the pork ribs were okay. Our food also arrived barely warm. It felt like we were eating leftovers from the microwave. ### kingvuddha — 2.8/5 · Nov 18, 2024 The environment is beautiful but the bbq was very dry for us. Felt like last night’s batch that was reheated.
