Ruby Scoops in the Brookland Park neighborhood of Richmond has a wonderful variety of fun ice cream and sorbet flavors! @rubyscoopsic is a black-owned business and the owner and chef, Rabia Kamara, is VCU alum 🐏! 

We got:

🍦Kiwi Sorbet
🍦Cookie Butter (vegan)
🍦 Ruby’s Cookies and Cream

Their sorbets were our favorite and we found them to be very flavorful and unique.
