Rumi’s Kitchen is a Persian restaurant located in Washington, D.C. We made reservations here for a birthday celebration and it was phenomenal! The food was delicious and the staff were very kind. Wait times can be longer than expected (even with reservations). Besides that, the food was absolutely amazing, the staff were super kind, and the entire experience was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

I am eating my way through the D.C. Michelin Guide list and had to try the Persian restaurant named after a well-known poet, @rumiskitchenofficial. I had some of the best Koobideh Kabobs I’ve ever tasted. But the real stunner is their White Chocolate Cardamom Cake which comes with ice cream. It was so dense and delicious that I will be dreaming of this cake 🍰. You should absolutely try them out!
