Called Joey Mo's Award Winning Mac N' Cheese, this is my favorite mac & cheese in the downtown Jersey City area. It's rich, super gooey and cheesy, and comes topped with breadcrumbs! You can choose your pasta type between penne, linguine, or farfalle. It defaults to farfalle, which for some reason I really enjoy, because that's not a common mac & cheese shape.
