Fresh pastries, bread, and drinks. Also a mini bodega with curated canned goods, seasonings, and wine. Service was friendly and quick. Jalapeño cheddar bagel was chewy and crunchy with fresh chive cream cheese. Less seating than their tustin location, but a great stop in Newport Beach especially if you’re in Via Lido Marina Village. There is street or parking structure parking.

Tried their spice pear tea cake and pumpkin basque cheesecake. Both were tasty.
