Sabor a vida open their doors for the first time on March, 10 2022. The entire process has been a unique journey! It took us one year to finalize the project, the year was very difficult in many ways. There was times where We wanted to give up, but I'm glad we didn't. Our desire to share the world our believes and our experience was stronger than any obstacle.  
After a cancer experience many years ago we decided to change our life style. The way we eat now not only benefit our body and mind but also the planet! And that is what we want to share that this is a more meaningful way of eating and you don't have to sacrifice animals or taste to eat this way! Sabor a vida was name because it mean Flavor of Life. We get the flavors that Life give us, and also in life we get many different experience good and bad but at
