Saiga does a great grilled pork rice plate. The pork is flavorful and nicely charred, and I love that they include a side bowl of soup—it really completes the meal.

Located next to the John Wayne Airport is Saiga, a Vietnamese eatery in Irvine! They offer quick bites and meals with flavorful drinks. All of their food is served in ready to go packaging so it’s convenient for you to take with you. Saiga Irvine is a quaint and small location located within business/office buildings with a couple of tables to dine in. Their grilled pork banh mi has such a great smokey flavor!

Truly a hidden gem, this spot is nestled in a business park and there's more than meets the eye!
The banh mi are amazing and so are the garlic noodles.  Definitely going back to try more!

The kids and I went to @saiga.eatery last weekend. My friend recently got catering from here for her party and it was really good, so I was very excited to try it again. We got the garlic noodles with pork and pork belly banhmi. My forks were fighting over the garlic noodles while I enjoyed my pork belly #banhmi 😍 They devoured the noodles so I only got to have a bite of it 😅The passion soda and lychi drinks were so refreshing as well.

Banh mi? I’ll take three! 

Saiga Vietnamese Eatery is located in an unassuming business complex, but don’t let that fool you! The food here is authentic and delicious! 

🥖I have to say I’m SHOOK by how good the pork belly banh mi was!

🐷The grilled pork bowl was solid too! Plenty of meat and rice to fill you up! It had so much flavor especially with the green sauce

Visited Saiga at a nondescript business park in Irvine. Enjoyed the following dishes:

BELLY BOWL  - that’s Pork belly in Vietnamese BBQ rub, roasted to perfection with crispy skin.

CHICKEN VERMICELLI - super fresh and it comes with an egg roll too!

GARLIC NOODLES with BBQ chicken

They were all delicious and the portions were quite big - enough to share with someone or have as a meal the next day. That green aioli was something else too - it was so good!
