@saintroccos has made their tableside Cacio E Pepe available EVERY. DAY. 

Yes this pasta dish is prepared in front of you in a cheese wheel and is incredible!

Beautiful rooftop area with a view of downtown Dallas. Its a huge area, so its great for holding big events. Theres lots of pastas to choose from and all are flavorful. I like the tiramisu, which had ice cream in it. Valet is $10 here.
