Came here for family dinner around 7pm on a weekday. Got seated immediately with no wait time. Wait time can be long on weekends and after 8pm. There is a paper and pen for just to write what items we want. We ordered a few sea urchins however they were never brought to the table. The staff did not update us about the sea urchins. We dont mind them telling us that they ran out instead of ignoring our orders. I love their hand rolls, sushi and sashimi.
