This place is one of my go to Ramen spot in Las Vegas... just location is Summerlin South... not my neighbor.
My favorite here is DangDang Noodle.
And One of their Speciality I finally got to try, was this Shaved Ice!!
So huge and fluffy!!
Kids loved it!
And they had a reasonable kids ramen menu for May2025. Hope it stays...

This place is one of my favorite Authentic Ramen Spot in Las Vegas!! it's in Summerlin, Local area.
My favorite is Tantan noodle!!
Tasty soup and well balanced spicy!!
They have the roots from Fukuoka, Hakata Daruma Ramen in Japan.
Yet the interior here is modern.

Sakura Ramen
is located in Las Vegas, South Summerlin Area.
It is very local.  and Family friendly restaurant.
However it's very Authentic Japanese Ramen Spot.
They have seasonal Kids menu.

We ordered the Kids set, A Chicken broth Ramen coming with French Fries and Watermelon.
and Karaage 5 pieces.
Kids ramen portion is good for kids who doesn't eat toppings like my kids...
Karaage chicken is Juicy and tasty!

This Ramen place is one of authentic Japanese Ramen spot in Las Vegas Local!!
They have so many option on their menu. 
But I wanted to try this Mentai noodle which is not traditional one which soon to be gone, seasonal one… it was so good!! 
Perfect match!
Husband ordered tonkotsu ramen which is very popular hakata style( very thin noodle)
Highly recommend!

This new ramen joint satiates my stomach and my soul! Sakura Ramen utilises traditional Japanese techniques and recipes to deliver an #authentic #Japanese Hakata-style #ramen experience.I thoroughly enjoyed my Shoyu Ramen (served with chicken broth); the #broth was delicately flavourful and ‘clean’-tasting and the thin #noodles were the perfect consistency for me.The Takoyaki is the BEST I’ve EVER tasted!Service is top notch,and Chef Taiga is so sweet and personable.A must-try hidden gem! #soup

Get some slurp-worthy ramen in Las Vegas!

🍜TONKOTSU RAMEN: Pork broth, Woodear mushroom, green onions, chashu (Added ajitama and extra chashu)

The Tonkatsu was rich, creamy, and seasoned to perfection.
