The smoked maple old fashioned is excellent. Made with premium Rye, the flavors were well-balanced, not too sweet, yet not too forward. I had the Teresa and it was a good portion size. The Rigatoni was a perfect al dente. However, I did not taste the vodka in the sauce. The sauce tasted similar to the penne pasta that is served as a side with other plates. I also enjoyed the bruschetta and their bread which we dipped in olive oil and Parmesan.
