Located just off of Oceanside Blvd, in Five Star Smog parking lot, Sands Coffee Roasters has some of the best coffee options I've experienced. 

I especially love their Authentic Turkish Coffee made with hot sands.
But they also have a fantastic selection of lattés, with one of my favorites being pistachio chai or tiramisu.

They also carry the famous & coveted Dubai Chocolate Bars and these are authentically imported.

I like their cozy patio in front and it's always a good vibe there!
