I had an amazing meal at Santa Maria! The mix of Spanish and Latin American flavors is fantastic. I started with fresh oysters on the half shell, followed by the rich, aromatic Paella, which was packed with perfectly cooked rice and seafood. The Pulpo Español was also a standout—so tender and well-seasoned, it really took me back to Spain. I’m already looking forward to going back and trying more dishes!
