When it comes to pasta, Chef Michael White (formerly Ai Fiori, Marea, Morini) is my hands down fave. His latest spot opens in the former location of Alto (which I still dream about their agnolotti after it sadly closed over a decade ago). Thankfully, his new spot continues to deliver on the dreamworthy pastas I remember him for. Hard to pick a favorite dish, as everything was truly fantastic.
