i finally bit the bullet and got these cookies after seeing them for a while. although they are $5 a cookie, their slogan is very correct because both their signature ube halaya cookie and the biscoff stuffed cookie were DELICIOUS and worth every penny! both of the cookies were sweet, rich, and buttery, with plenty of biscoff and ube flavor, and the ube cookie had white chocolate chips that melted in your mouth and added to the flavor. i would go back next time i see them at the farmer’s market.
