Scoop in Palo Alto serves up creamy, confectionary ice cold creations.  The banana and lychee flavors were palet pleasing, with the mango a bit bland.  I learned that a see you later means selecting flavors blind, with extra mini sampling portions at the end of the order.  New to me!
