Scopa is an excellent restaurant. The food and all the dishes are very creative. They always use top quality ingredients. I really enjoy the squash blossom appetizers filled with ricotta and mozzarella cheese. We also had their meatball appetizer. For our maids, we had a lasagna and a chicken Parmesan

I have always loved all their pastas, everything tastes so fresh. The ricotta crostini is to die for, the whipped ricotta is so good. Also have to save room for the tiramisu.
