Scorpio Coffee has a minimalist aesthetic and an even more minimal menu. I like the simplicity of this business because everything is high quality with attention to detail, including their food! I also love that they sometimes host pop-ups, like baked goods and basque cheesecakes, so that I can try other local businesses.
