seeking kombucha —> seeking ferments hosted “seeking cultura” this weekend. A roundup of local small businesses. There I found Mike’s Shave Ice which i’ve been wanting to try for 6+ months. The line was super long so I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get any but we were able to actually try to mango strawberry shaved ice. It was the best dessert I’ve ever had in Seattle and I’m still thinking about it!
