Senate is a long-standing restaurant in the OTR neighborhood, the owners move the concept from Vine Street over to one of their bars on race Street, and they change the menu massively. what used to be doctored up hot dogs in the occasional burger is now basically a burger and fries joint. The burgers are decent, if absolutely low frills.
