señor Carbón has delicious and authentic Peruvian eats. Chef Joe uses his creativity to also create Japanese inspired dishes. Everything I tried, was absolutely amazing and I’m so glad I had the chance to finally try out Peruvian food. From their drinks to their deserves, this meal left me super satisfied!

I reallllllly wanted to like this place, but unfortunately we had an awful experience here. 5 stars for the appetizers… ZERO stars for the customer service and entrees. The tuna was sour and gave my friend a horrible stomach ache the rest of the day and we actually had to fight them to take it off the bill. My dish was way too overpowering and i could only take two bites of it and even after complaining, they did nothing. Not even an apology. Horrible.
