This Korean fried chicken was perfection!! Sweet and spicy and extra crunchy!

Seoulju is a korean restaurant with fun bar vibes! They have a wide selection of fried chicken, stews, stir fried dishes, and drinks. We got their dakgalbi, spicy squid, and fried chicken with cheese. Everything tasted great, especially the fried chicken! I do wish they gave more meat in the other dishes though.

Seoulju is # 1 on Eater Austin’s new “38 Standout Dining Destinations” list for a reason. I tried the Beef Bulgogi lunch combination (through thier delivery partner Spirit Tree App) and it was amazingly fresh and flavorful. 10/10 I will definitley order from here again... and look forward to dining in and trying a hot pot!
