This place never disappoints. Fresh noodles and bold flavors. The dan dan noodles are the best thing here, but super spicy!

Shang Artisan Noodle is a must-visit for noodle lovers! Fresh, hand-pulled, and knife-shaved noodles with the perfect bite. The Dan Dan noodles are rich and flavorful, but the real star? The spicy wontons—sweet, spicy, and absolutely addictive. Just as good as Din Tai Fung, but easier on the wallet!

Shang artisan noodle is definitely a solid noodle choice as their hand pulled noodles are the right amount of chew and flour! Personally I prefer a darker soy sauce flavored beef noodle, but for those who like a more sweet tomato flavor, this is a great choice!
