Shin’s Tofu is one of a few Korean restaurants that serve pretty decent tofu soup in San Jose area. Their tofu soup is packed with flavors & spices. I also got the Galbi; it was pretty solid as well. The only downside from this restaurant is the indoor dining. Tables are way too closed to each other; it felt super claustrophobic.
