Tried the karaage at this small joint. It was ok, the karaage was already preboxed in the container. Was not made fresh on the spot. So the skin was soggy and not crunchy. Flavor was decent.

Their chicken katsu cutlet is pretty crispy and tasty! They also have a variety of vegetable tempura which I havent tried yet and also karage which is usually cold ):
