Really authentic Chinese Lanzhou beef noodle here, also love their appetizers and lamb skewers!

Unfortunately did not meet expectations. The noodle texture was solid, but the broth was honestly pretty bland. Protein portions were small. Dumplings had filling that were not authentic (peas and carrots???). Prices were pretty cheap though. Probably will not come back here

Craving some delicious hand pulled noodles after a swim in the Pacific Ocean?

Right across from the road to the beach (next to Ralph’s) is Silk Road. 

Opened in may 2025 this place is the go to for some Chinese comfort food. My friend and I went to try this out and was happy we got to meet one of the owners, Phillip. 

He let us take a video of the hand pull noodles at the window and recommended his favorite dish.
