📍Silverlake Ramen, Totem Lake WA🍜

My friends and I meet up here every time we are all back in town from college since it’s so close and so good. I always get the classic ramen which has a very rich and creamy but not too salty tonkatsu broth. The chashu pork slice is pretty thick but tender. The interior is modern, hip, and clean with nice service. Definitely a good ramen spot on the east side of Seattle.

Silverlake ramen is located in the village at totem lake!

Featured:
-spicy chicken bun
-spicy tuna crispy rice
-tonkotsu blaze ramen

The spicy chicken bun had ghost pepper sauce that left me crying and sweating before I even got my ramen HAHA. The spicy crispy tuna rice was a nice way to calm down the fire in my mouth. And the ramen was pretty delicious too.

The interior is super spacious and airy and service was efficient imo. Overall a nice spot to grub at while hanging around the area!

malaysian-chinese inspired menu items at this 🔥 spot!!! The chicken sandwich is super crispy and the presentation is absolutely beautiful! also tried out a pumpkin appetizer which was hearty and filling.
