The most satisfying soup for me is the Blaze Ramen at Silverlake Ramen. The broth is rich, savory, and comforting, a flavorful soup base crafted from simmering bones, vegetables, and seasonings.

Straightforward ramen — pork is always cooked well, tender with some crisp. Normally get tonkatsu, can get a bit salty for my taste at times. Great on a cold and rainy day.

First off, the pork buns were AMAZING. The ramen and pork bun was still hot when it was delivered, which is an automatic plus for me. The broth and overall spice level is perfect. No complaints!
