The first Simply South in Illinois just opened and it’s worth the hype 🔥

We tried a bunch of dishes and everything was SO delicious:
✨ Veggie Manchurian – best I’ve had
✨ Malabar Parotta – fresh and flaky with so many layers
✨ Chole Bature

✨ Tower of 6 chutneys all so good
