Sip&Guzzle is an incredible cocktail bar in the West Village (originating from Tokyo!).  The cocktails are well-crafted and extremely complex.  We were at the downstairs Sip, which is a bit fancier and pricier than the upstairs Guzzle

Two levels, two vibes. Channeling an 1860's inspired saloon on the ground level (Guzzle) and a Japanese inspired speakeasy below (Sip). Shingo Gokan who heads up Sip is the creative force behind The SG Club, which ranked as high as No. 10 on the World's 50 Best Bars list. Steve Schneider heads up Guzzle, and was the force behind Employees Only. Chef Mike Bagale came from Three Michelin Alinea in Chicago, and the creator of Alinea's famous edible green apple balloon

The newest speakeasy bar in the west village! Had to go big and try their wagyu sando! It was juicy and fatty. Melts right in your mouth but I can’t really justify its price ($150 for two). I recommend going for drinks though! Love this drink called “Chinatown”
