Six Capital Brewery/Pub Is locally owned locally sourced and the best food I’ve had in Denver so far 

The chef there worked with me to find something on the menu that I wanted to eat and created a dish that was allergen friendly for me 

The service was excellent and the food was beyond good
Small hole in the wall but don’t pass it up!!
