Mostly self-service if you order the buffet for $17.50 by itself or an extra $8.50 add-on to an entree. But the waiters were hard working and had a good attitude. If you order the signature dish 8 oz. tri-tip ($18.99), order it MEDIUM RARE or RARE, because it will come out more well cooked than anticipated.  Also, worth coming to order the salad bar buffet (all you can eat) when you are famished. There is clam chowder, tacos, pasta, fried foods, hush puppies, and soft serve ice cream.
