Established in 2014.
Created by locals, Cesar Marron, Amy Wilkinson, Alice George and Shawn Decker, Sketchbook is full of DIY-er passion about exploring and innovating traditional recipes, collaboration, and sustainability.  

We brew historical styles and adventurous recipes and offer up to 20 beers on tap at our taprooms. For us, Beer is Community, and we strive to create an inviting environment filled with conversation, art, and great beer

Evanston based Sketchbook Brewing has a big outpost in nearby Skokie right in the downtown. When you ask residents they call it the unofficial town center and why not? You get delicious beer and cider and you can bring your own food since they don’t have a kitchen! Wonderful outdoor space and huge indoor space that is family friendly! #beer #beerhall #brewery

Super family, friendly brewery that allows you to bring your own food. They’ll let you try their various brews on tap. Come solo or with a large group, they can accommodate it all!
