Slurpin’ Ramen is a great ramen spot for a late night. My friends and I frequent this spot after work occasionally. Speaking on their name, in Japan, it’s considered rude NOT to slurp your soup. The culture in the U.S. is a little different of course but slurping your soup is a sign to the chef that you are enjoying the dish.
